The series explores valuable knowledge designed to help entrepreneurs and business owners better understand the functions and applications of business management in a variety of environments and opportunities. We go beyond theory to a practical approach for all elements of business, to prepare business owners to bid for government and commercial contract as subcontractors, or alone. During the series you will develop:

• Business Development Plan(s)
• Marketing Plan (s)
• Effective Presentation Skills
The series will include (7) weekly group seminars and up to (4) hours of one-on-one development sessions.
